كيف تطلب الحذف

1. سجّل الدخول إلى تطبيق DriveHub.
2. افتح الملف الشخصي أو إعدادات الحساب.
3. اختر «حذف الحساب» وأكّد الطلب.

ماذا يحدث بعد الطلب

يُجدول الحذف لمدة 14 يوماً. إذا سجّلت الدخول خلال هذه المدة يُلغى الطلب ويُسترجع الحساب. بعد انتهاء المدة يصبح الحساب غير متاح للاستخدام العادي، وتُحذف بيانات الحساب والتقدم والرسائل والملفات المرتبطة به من الخدمة.

قد تبقى نسخ تشغيلية لفترة محدودة، وقد تحتفظ مدرستك بسجلات تدريبية وفق التزاماتها. للاستفسار: privacy@qudsps.com.

How to request deletion

1. Sign in to the DriveHub app.
2. Open your profile or account settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

What happens next

Deletion is scheduled for 14 days. If you sign in during that period, the request is cancelled and the account is restored. After 14 days the account is no longer available for normal use, and account data, progress, messages, and related files are removed from the service.
